we're getting close to a first public beta 7.3. One of cool new features is the heatmapping color scaling in the table editor:
this color codes highest values in yellow, lowest in blue. You can toggle it via the "Column Information" dialog, where "Heat Map" is a checkbox. The Column Info dialog comes up when you double-click a table node in the Table window.
Heat maps are very helpful for visualizing data, especially for drug screening or pathway dissection.
We run most everything on the BD HTS. I would really like to be able to reformat the data back into a 96 or 384 well format displaying the desired statistic and then display the heatmap.
Being able to reformat to a plate format would really help our throughput.
