How can we help?
Today, I hope we moved a big step closer to answering this question in our explorations with you at the frontier of single-cell science. Early this morning we announced a partnership with Illumina, Inc., the worldwide leader in genomics and gene sequencing, to create a new desktop application to analyze gene expression data, particularly for single-cell sequencing and RNA-Seq.
This will, for the first time, unlock the entire transcriptome (>10,000 genes) at a single-cell level—and that is just the beginning.
10,000 parameters is daunting -- SeqGeq TM (SEEK-GEEK) will focus your analysis using gene tables and families. Using powerful data reduction and visualization tools, you will be able to find biologically meaningful differences between populations quickly and visually.
To get early access via our beta program and stay in touch before its release in early 2017, please sign up for updates, and here is the official release.
Thank you for the opportunity to work together and to share this exciting news,
