It would be helpful to set up an email list to be notified when the fix is available.

I tried to run v9.3.3 on OS 10.9, and it did not work. I run FlowJo 9.6.4 with a serila number on a MBP late 2011. HJH

I also tried v9.3.3 and it did not work either

After upgrading to Mavericks, the plots in pseudo color are appearing in big blocks as if in low resolution, any way to fix this ?

Hi, will Flowjo 10.0.6 run in Java 7? I'm having a problem where Flowjo 10.0.6 will calculate some of the frequencies as percentages and calculate some frequencies as absolute event counts. Since I report my results in percentages, it's a big problem for me. I've reported it but since it doesn't appear under known issues, I'm not sure if it's just me. I was wondering if Java 7 will fix this issue.

there are some third party libraries which FlowJo relies on that don't behave very well in Java 7. in pure command line, there are no issues, but our UI enhancements seem to have issues with the newer JRE's.

last I heard our plan was to skip Java 7 entirely and begin to look at Java 8 early adoption.

At the moment we're still fixing legacy platforms (DNA, Kinetics, Proliferation) so we don't yet have the stable release we would need to start looking at J7/8 adoption.
