Changes: 

Robust SD added as a new stat


Robust CV & Robust SD are now "smart" stats -- if the upper or lower half of he distribution is clipped by the range of the detector, the stat adjusts to report on only the unclipped portion.

OSX.4 or higher required for launch

Various stability fixes
