awesome - motion magnification

A research group at MIT presented a cool technique called motion magnification back at siggraph05. I just got the memo ;) if this is new to you as well, see webpage here - http://people.csail.mit.edu/celiu/motionmag/motionmag.html

I wonder if there is a way to apply this in bioimaging - this technique would be not unlike biexponential scaling - in that it helps to visualize the data better.

Anyway, if you really wanna be blown away by what these guys are doing, watch the demo movie [link] especially the parts towards the end.
