Hello,
I have being using FlowJo 9 for several years on a Mac, and I was able to generate overlayed histograms with %of max in axis Y, where each sample/population would be adjusted to the max in the plot, so each sample max peak was reaching the max of the Y-axis.
Now I have a Windows computer, and can only use version 10. I was expecting to be able to do the same kind of plots but it is not happening. I tried with the Modal option in the histogram set up, but the max peaks dont reach the 100%. When it is adjusting to something, it does not surpass the 50 or 60%. Is there a reason for this? Am I doing something wrong? I thought if the count (nr of total events in the plot) being low could be related as I have very few cells in these histograms.
thanks in advance, any help would be much appreciated.

Andrea

Hey,
I just read at research gate that this happens when you have the "smoothing" option checked. If you uncheck it, things will go back up too 100%.
Best,
Andrea
